Brad Fuller, one of the head producers over at Platinum Dunes, posted a blog revealing that he and the other peeps from A NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST. will be at Comic-Con this year, and are planning on releasing something NEW to the public that no one has ever seen before. I can’t wait to see what they have instore for us. We’ll be covering that shit like crazy, so keep it here for updates on that.

Fuller also does something that I kind of actually admire. Instead of retaining his champ-status as the hated studio whom everyone talks shit about cause they remake classics into sucky movies, he address the comments he often hears and lays it all out on the table.

If you’ve ever said that Platinum Dunes does it for the money, that they don’t have an original idea in their heads, and that remaking a classic is blasphemous in one way or another… then you should head THIS WAY and see Fuller address each of these questions in detail.

Ballsy? Childish? About f*cking time? All of the above, I think. Welcome to the wonderful world of the Internet, where you can talk shit about anyone or anything… and they can talk shit right back at ya. Gotta love it.

Comic-Con coverage starts on Thursday…keep it here for all the latest updates, especially on Friday for the A NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST. panel!
