It’s been nearly a year since our last update on Boris Rodriguez’s EDDIE: THE SLEEPWALKING CANNIBAL. That’s a long ass time to wait for cannibalistic goodness! But alas it seems the wait may have been worth it!
You see today we’ve got a look at the first trailer for the film in all it’s sleepwalking glory! I don’t know about you guys but I’m definitely digging this trailer. It gives us a great idea of what we can expect in the flick while not giving the whole thing away. Don’t take my word for it though, go ahead and tap that shite right over HERE.
Young artist Lars has hit the proverbial creative brick wall. Up till now, his creativity has come at too high a cost: inspiration could only come in the form of carnage – blood, guts and limbs – and he’s vowed to never go down that dark road again. He settles in small town and meets Eddie who suffers from a rare form of sleepwalking which transforms him from docile art student into ravenous sleepwalking cannibal craving for fresh meat. At long last, here was the muse Lars had been searching for. Truly exceptional art comes at a very high price…even if it means sacrificing human lives…
Coming from Canada and Denmark, EDDIE: THE SLEEPWALKING CANNIBAL stars Thure Lindhardt, Dylan Smith and Georgina Reilly (below). There’s still no word on when we might be seeing EDDIE: THE SLEEPWALKING CANNIBAL but hopefully this one comes our way sooner rather than later.
