Eight new Evil Dead stills are here for the possessing

We’ve all endured bad “morning after” scenarios, I’m sure, but have you ever woken up to anything quite like her? Yeah…hehe… me neither…

Sony has just thrown up some new EVIL DEAD stills for our viewing pleasure: they contain a few new looks at leading men Shiloh Fernandez and Lou Taylor Pucci, some behind-the-scenes pics of director Fede Alvarez and producer Rob Tapert and, of course, gals looking like ghouls.

In the much anticipated remake of the 1981 cult-hit horror film, five twenty-something friends who become holed up in a remote cabin where they discover a Book Of The Dead. An archaeologist’s tape recording reveals that the ancient text was discovered among the Khandarian ruins of a Sumerian civilization. Playing the taped incantations, the youths unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.

Opening on April 5th, EVIL DEAD stars Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci, Jessica Lucas and Elizabeth Blackmore.
