Elisha Cuthbert and Eoin Macken cast in horror-thriller The Cellar!

Epic Pictures has announced that Elisha Cuthbert (THE GIRL NEXT DOOR) and Eoin Macken (RESIDENT EVIL: THE FINAL CHAPTER) have been cast to star in the upcoming Irish feature film, THE CELLAR. Here's the official synopsis:

THE CELLAR tells the story of Keira Woods (Cuthbert), whose daughter mysteriously vanishes in the cellar of their new house in the country. Keira soon discovers there is an ancient and powerful entity controlling their home that she will have to face or risk losing her family’s souls forever.

Here's what writer/director Brendan Muldowney (PILGRIMAGE) had to say about the upcoming project:
