Our friends at 13th DREAM ENTERTAINMENT have sent along an
EXCLUSIVE
CLIP for the release of DARKNESS: THE VAMPIRE VERSION on DVD, in a glorious 2-Disc Limited Edition!

I haven’t heard much about this flick, but from checking out the OFFICIAL
SITE, I’ve gathered that director Leif Jonker’s tale of vampires and gore has been kicking around in release hell for the past 14 years, and it’s finally being released on DVD tomorrow!!!

Judging from this CLIP, with an introduction from Jonker himself (sweet!), I can tell this is one fun filled, blood soaked ride! Think the feel of EVIL DEAD combined with NEAR DARK, loaded with guns, blood and vampires. In other words, it looks like a rockin’ good time!

After you’ve checked it out, you’ll also want to check out how the DVD has improved from the previous VHS versions, as well as the sweet looking DVD menu! Talk about a test ride before you buy! I really can’t believe I haven’t heard of this puppy before, it looks like a gore fans wet dream! My kinda pie, if you know what I mean.
