Is there a classier Dame than Helen Mirren? Probably not. Certainly not working in the movies. And how many Oscar winning actresses over the age of 60 look this good – especially while brandishing a machine gun? The answer: zilch.

it was my extreme pleasure to meet the ever-lovely Helen Mirren to discuss RED 2, the comedic action thriller opening on July 19th. Once again tackling the role of the lovable – but decidedly deadly – Victoria, Mirren is as graceful and imposing a screen presence as ever. We spoke about her return to the character, specifically in regards to how much she envies Victoria’s devil-may-care attitude, in the interview you see below. I hope you enjoy her as much as I did.
