Heading our way in a few weeks is the latest effort from Hammer Films, THE RESIDENT. The flick stars Hilary Swank, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and longtime Hammer star Christopher Lee. Today we’re happy to bring you an exclusive clip from the Antti Jokinen film.

The clip, titled “Out of Sight”, gives us a look at Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s creepy ass as he stalks around Hilary Swank’s apartment unseen. Swank, it should be noted, is covered only by a towel. A plus.
