Robert Rodgriguez is bringing another entry of his Grindhouse-style franchise MACHETE to the big screen again, this time with a bevy of stars to plus up the B-movie adventure. Danny Trejo returns as the titular character in MACHETE KILLS, along with a great roster of stars, including Charlie Sheen, Michelle Rodgriguez, Jessica Alba, Amber Heard, Alexa Vega, Antonio Banderas, Demian Bichir, Cuba Gooding Jr., William Sadler, Lady Gaga, Sofía Vergara, Vanessa Hudgens, and the man himself, Mel Gibson. That's one hell of a badass roster if you ask me and today we have an exclusive TV spot that definitely puts the shock pads on the "action."

CLEAR!:

Here's the synopsis:

The U.S. government recruits Machete to battle his way through Mexico in order to take down an arms dealer who looks to launch a weapon into space.

The first MACHETE wasn't spicy enough for me, but with the sheer star power in the sequel, I have high hopes. If anything, having Mel Gibson as the main villain (which he'll also be doing the rounds for in THE EXPENDABLES 3) is enough to bring me to the theater, but the line-up of hotties that are gracing this bad boy doesn't hurt either.

MACHETE KILLS hits theaters on October 11, 2013.
