The gritty looking one-sheet for the film THE FERRYMAN (above) has found it’s way onto the world wide web, and I must say, the poster isn’t exactly an attention getter, but we’ve all seen worse. The film that was written by Nick Ward and directed by Chris Graham is scheduled to come out in 2008, but no specific date has been chosen as of yet.

The film’s Official Website describes the plot to THE FERRYMAN as such: “A group of young tourists charter a boat in the South Pacific Ocean for the holiday of a lifetime. They stumble upon an evil that demands vengeance at any cost. In the middle of the ocean and with no help coming, they discover that…

PAYMENT IS DUE

Out on a dead calm ocean, in a thick fog, a group of tourists on a pleasure craft are about to cross paths with an ancient and terrible evil. Sharing the same ocean, a sick, dying old Greek man drifts alone on a stricken yacht.”

Okay, a little over-dramatic but ambitious nonetheless. You can check out the trailer for the film below, and stay tuned for any more details on THE FERRYMAN.
