It must be the day of the trailer, since over at the official site for FIDO, you can check out the new international trailer for the film, which is actually better than the first trailer in terms of painting the film as a horror comedy (plus it’s in better quality). Plus, where else can you find a trailer that includes running down a zombie boyscout?

The trailer still has the original March 2007 release date, which is a reminder of how much of a pain in the ass it is to wait for the real date of release (June 15th), but hey, there’s always SHAUN OF THE DEAD to tide you over. Starring Carrie-Ann Moss, Bill Connolly, Dylan Baker, K’Sun Ray, Henry Czerny and Tim Blake Nelson, FIDO tells the tale of the Robinson’s and their ‘pet’ zombie, Fido, who happens to be Timmy Robinson’s best friend in the whole world. But when Fido eats the next-door neighbor, Mom and Dad hit the roof, and Timmy has to go to the ends of the earth to keep Fido a part of the family.
