The last time we heard from the upcoming horror flick THE FIELDS starring Tara Reid, Cloris Leachman joined the cast and everything was merry (head THIS WAY to peep it). Here we are a few months later, and what do we have to show for it? How about a brand new poster and the debut of the film’s OFFICIAL SITE!
The poster and the site have the same look, featuring a creepy farmhouse in the middle of…. a field! Yikes! I’m getting a strong MESSENGERS vibe coming out of this thing, and yet at the same time… I’m diggin’ it! At least there’s no floating heads!
Based on a true story, what I like about THE FIELDS so far is the simplicity of the storyline. It’s about a young boy and his family who are terrorized by an unseen presence. And that’s all I need to know! Well, and that it also happens to feature a smokin’ hot, albeit totally shitbombed, Tara Reid. We just don’t see enough of her drunk ass anymore… it’s time for a comeback, Reid! Maybe this will be it…
