With the last two major horror releases bombing harder than a graffiti addict (FRIGHT NIGHT and DON’T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK), let’s hope this weekend’s box-office is a little kinder to our beloved genre!
In theaters this week is not only David R. Ellis’ SHARK NIGHT 3D, but Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego’s APOLLO 18 as well. Neither film is screening for critics (surprised?), but we do have a freshly pressed trailer for the latter film. Scroll down to find that shite!
Officially, Apollo 17 – launched December 17th, 1972 – was the last manned mission to the moon. But a year later, in December of 1973, two American astronauts were sent on a secret mission to the moon funded by the US Department of Defense. What you are about to see is the actual footage that the astronauts captured on that mission. While NASA denies its authenticity, others say it’s the real reason we’ve never gone back to the moon.
