The trailer for CHROMESKULL: LAID TO REST 2 has just hit the ‘net, courtesy of Fangoria, and you can peep it right HERE. Looks more or less in line with the first film, which I’m mixed on, but for a straight-to-DVD slasher, you could probably do a lot worse. (Not necessarily sold on Brian Austin Green as the villain’s assistant, however.)

The synopsis: The maniac in the metal mask returns—and this time he’s not alone. After his no so pleasant episode with the girl with no name, ChromeSkull has to rely on his assistant Preston, (Brian Austin Green) to take care of business. Having learned from the master, he slashes his way from one bloody mess to another. Not to be outdone, ChromeSkull resurges himself with a massacre of his own that is nothing short of “jaw dropping insanity!”

CHROMESKULL stars Thomas Dekker, Owain Yeoman, Brian Austin Green, Danielle Harris, Mimi Michaels, Gail O’Grady, Nick Principie and Johnathon Schaech. It hits DVD on SEPTEMBER 20th.

After you’ve checked out the trailer, tell us what you think in the comments section below.
