If you watched the “Kids Choice Awards” this Saturday on Nickelodeon, I hope you’re either a kid or have kids, cause otherwise that’s kinda creepy. But if you did, you caught the first TV spot for IRON MAN 2 (star Robert Downey, Jr. was on hand to present Best Movie to…ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS 2: THE SQUEAKUEL?). Normally TV spots are just rehashed bits from the trailer but here we get our first dialogue from Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow (they wisely ditched the Russian accent) and some more from Sam Jackson as Nick Fury.
Last year I spent a good deal of time looking forward to TRANSFORMERS 2 and we all know how that turned out. I already can’t wait to see IRON MAN 2 and I have a feeling it won’t be disappointing like that giant robot movie did. Check out the new TV spot, courtesy TheMovieBox.net.
