What do you think of when I say the name “Joel Schumacher”? I personally think of Bat-Nipples and the lack of a 2 hour apology commentary for BATMAN AND ROBIN, but that may just be me. Well anyway, it’s no surprise that the ‘Macher is going back to making “genre” movies (I wouldn’t really call THE NUMBER 23 genre though, just bs).
He’s been working on a film called TOWN CREEK, which stars Dominic Purcell (PRIMEVAL, BLADE TRINITY, PRISON BREAK), and is about:
A man and his brother on a mission of revenge become trapped in a harrowing occult experiment dating back to the Third Reich.
Okay…well the first still from the Lionsgate produced film has surfaced. It’s not much, but it is something I suppose. Honestly I think the only good Schumacher film is LOST BOYS and he should just continue to reap the benefits of that movie, ya know how George Lucas won’t stray from STAR WARS because he knows it’s a guaranteed buck.
