First trailer for The Hangover Part III shows why you shouldn’t take giraffes on the freeway

Ah, let the craziness begin!  I don’t care how much backlash THE HANGOVER films get, I love both of ’em and this trailer for the third chapter of the “trilogy” looks every bit as insane, stupid, and hilarious as the others.  Director Todd Phillips is reunited with the Wolf Pack, including Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, and Justin Bartha in the “final” film, which looks to be more of a road trip movie, rather than a one-night stand of batshit insanity.  Returning castmembers include the loveable Ken Jeong as Mr. Chow, Heather Graham, Jamie Chung, Jeffrey Tambor, Mike Epps, Mike Tyson, and newcomers John Goodman, Melissa McCarthy, and likely a surprise appearance or two.

Hitch a ride:

Look, I get that some people don’t get into these pics.  That’s cool.  For me, the dynamic of Cooper, Helms, and Galifianakis is enough to get me in the theater.  Throw in the “no f*cking way” moments that are interspersed throughout and you’ve got yourself a raucous 90 minutes well spent.

THE HANGOVER PART III hits the road on May 24, 2013.
