First trailer for The House at the End of Time; picked up by Dark Sky Films

Coming to us on November 11th through VOD outlets is the new haunter THE HOUSE AT THE END OF TIME, which was recently picked up by Dark Sky Films. What we have for you fine folks today is the film’s first trailer, offering a solid look at Alejandro Hidalgo’s feature debut that played at the 2014 Fantasia Film Festival.

Filled with suspense from beginning to end, THE HOUSE AT THE END OF TIME is a gripping thriller about the demons that follow us and the power we have to vanquish them. Here’s what this one is all about:

Thirty years ago, young mother Dulce (Ruddy Rodriguez, The Living Daylights) was accused of murdering her husband and two children in their home. Despite her pleas that a malevolent force in the house was responsible for the killings, Dulce was sentenced to the maximum penalty of imprisonment. Now, as part of her sentence, Dulce is sent back to her old home and the scene of the crime under house arrest, where she’s forced to confront the horrifying memory of what happened there. But this time around she’s determined to unravel the mystery that has haunted her so for long, and with the help of a local priest, give both her loved ones and her own spirits their much-needed peace.

The top-grossing Venezuelan theatrical release of 2013, Alejandro Hidalgo’s debut feature was nominated for Best Film at Fantasporto 2014 and was an Official Selection at the 2014 Fantasia Film Festival.
