It’s no secret that everyone and their mother has a movie in the works based on the classic fairy tale SNOW WHITE. Now we here at AITH have glanced at these projects, and after talking it over we’ve decided none of them have a place here on the pages of Arrow in the Head. That is until we saw SNOW WHITE: A DEADLY SUMMER!
Now granted, SNOW WHITE: A DEADLY SUMMER is a little on the low-budget side but in a time of fairy tale SNOW WHITE flicks running rampant, beggers can’t be choosers. Plus it stars Eric Roberts and Maureen McCormick! Sold now, aren’t you?
David DeCoteau is directing the flick for Hybrid, Rapid Heart Pictures and Vision Films. Scope out the rundown:
Snow is abducted at the order of her wicked stepmother and taken to an isolated wooded discipline camp, run by a ruthless hunter. When each of her fellow seven campers begin dying off one by one, Snow must uncover the dark and twisted secret of the forest before she becomes the next victim.
Along with Roberts and McCormick the flick will also star Shanley Caswell (below) as the titular ‘Snow.’ So what do you guys say? SNOW WHITE: A DEADLY SUMMER catching your interest at all?
