That kid from THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT should think about moving to a big city already…

Kyle Gallner, who plays the terrorized Matt Campbell in the modestly successful HAUNTING, is moving to Springwood, Ohio where he’d better begin popping those caffeine pills because a certain charred villain will be coming for him while he snoozes. Gallner will play “Quentin” in A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, one of the lead characters. The 22 year old actor also appeared in RED and will be seen in the upcoming JENNIFER’S BODY; the lucky bastard no doubt spent countless hours gawking at Megan Fox, so I automatically hate him.

A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, also starring Jackie Earle Haley, will begin filming in Chicago soon, under the direction of Samuel Bayer. It has a planned APRIL 16th 2010 release date.
