The upcoming thriller FROZEN, written / directed by HATCHET director Adam Green, is shaping up to be quite the horrifying experience, if for no other reason than the film’s basic premise: Three skiers are stranded on a chairlift and forced to make life-or-death choices that prove more perilous than staying put and freezing to death.
How can you go wrong with that? Sounds awesome, and with Kevin Zegers, Shawn Ashmore, and Emma Bell rounding out the cast, this sucker is looking better by the minute. The film also scored it’s official rating by the MPAA, and yes… we’re gonna be instore for quite the treat!
According to the MPAA, FROZEN is rated R for some disturbing images and language. Nice! I knew Green wouldn’t let us down, even if it’s only due to bad language and disturbing images. At least we know it won’t be pussified for the PG-13 audience.
Stick around for that pending release date… it has to be right around the corner if they wanna use the winter release dates to its advantage!
