As promised on Friday, a full trailer for Star Wars Rebels has been released, giving us a good look at Disney's new animated television series. Disney's upcoming series takes place between the STAR WARS films REVENGE OF THE SITH and A NEW HOPE, and will focus on the formation of the Rebellion as the Empire attempts to hunt down the last of the Jedi Knights. I'm not completely sold on Star Wars Rebels based on this trailer, however I do think it could be a decent animated series, or at least something your kid can watch that won't annoy the hell out of you.

Synopsis:
"Star Wars Rebels" continues the epic tradition of the legendary Star Wars saga with all-new exciting, action-packed adventures. Star Wars Rebels will premiere this fall as a one-hour special on the Disney Channel before continuing as a series on Disney XD.
