Considering that the X-Men face the world's very first mutant in APOCALYPSE, there hasn't been all that much done on the marketing front to really paint a villain we should be fearful of. Fortunately for us, it looks as though Fox may be taking a slightly different approach going forward. Here we have a viral video hosted by what can only be George Takei in which the mood for X-MEN: APOCALYPSE is set. Check it out!
For me, this is easily the best piece of promotion that Fox has come up with regarding En Sabah Nur. I haven't (and will likely never) warm up to his costume, but this viral video that is equal parts cheesy and spooky really helps to set the tone for the film and a possible 'end of days' scenario that the X-Men have to face. Here's hoping Fox keeps it going until the film's release!
