Starring Michael Pare, the mind-f*ck horror-thriller was a labor of love for Fallon and now that it's had it's premiere, the film will be coming to DVD in January via Uncork'd Entertainment (disc details here). That's where you come in. We're offering up FIVE copies of the film to YOU, each signed by Fallon!

To make it a little more fun and to make sure we get the film out to folks that really want it, we thought we'd improve your chances of winning by having you include a short description on why you'd like to have a copy. We just want to make sure the DVD makes it out to those that really want it. Simply send us your name, address, and WHY you want a copy to: ——-

We'll announce our winners on MONDAY, DECEMBER 26th after receiving all entries and get those bad boys sent out.
