If you've got nothing to do for almost two weeks and are hungry for a (very) extended visit with America's favourite yellow family, you'll be happy to know that FXX is bringing back their "Every. Simpsons. Ever." marathon this fall. Including all 600 episodes (holy shit) and spanning thirteen days, FXX's marathon will kick off on November 24th at 12:00 PM ET before wrapping up on December 4th at 12:00 AM ET. That's a lot of d'oh's. The marathon will also air in chronological order which means that you can bow out by the time it reaches the tenth season, or whenever your cutoff for the "good" Simpsons episodes is.

The 28th season of The Simpsons will debut on September 25th and feature the guest-voice of Amy Schumer as Monty Burns' mother. Titled "Monty Burns' Fleeing Circus", the episode will find Springfield being burned to the ground and the Simpsons begging Mr. Burns to fund its rebuilding. Burns agrees, but with one condition: he gets to put on a variety show at the Springfield Bowl.
