Awash in black, white, and red, Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller brought the iconic series SIN CITY to life and now we finally get to watch their return to the hyper-stylized noir world then built. The first teaser for SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR showcases returning cast-members and new faces to the monochromatic world of killers, dames, and violence.

Clocking in at just a minute and a half, there are so many moments in this teaser that have me excited. Whether it be Mickey Rourke as Marv, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Josh Brolin all beat to shit, or Jessica Alba looking hotter than ever before, SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR looks like it is going to be awesome.

The town’s most hard-boiled citizens cross paths with some of its more reviled inhabitants.

Starring Josh Brolin, Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Jaime King, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Dennis Haysbert, Jamie Chung, Bruce Willis, Eva Green, Julia Garner, Ray Liotta, Juno Temple, Jeremy Piven and Stacey Keach, SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR hits theaters on August 22, 2014.
