Godzilla vs. Kong: new footage revealed in Japanese teaser

I think the upcoming massive monster mash Godzilla vs. Kong is probably the film I'm most looking forward to this year (and the one I'm the most disappointed that I might not be able to see in theaters). Now, to satiate our wait, a new Japanese teaser has just stomped online to show off some quick – but still cool – new footage of our big kaiju babies, which you can check out at the top of the article!

Here's the official synopsis:

Legends collide as these mythic adversaries meet in a spectacular battle for the ages, with the fate of the world hanging in the balance. Kong and his protectors undertake a perilous journey to find his true home, and with them is Jia, a young orphaned girl with whom he has formed a unique and powerful bond. But they unexpectedly find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla, cutting a swath of destruction across the globe. The epic clash between the two titans—instigated by unseen forces—is only the beginning of the mystery that lies deep within the core of the Earth.

Meanwhile, Godzilla vs. Kong – directed by Adam Wingard (You're Next) and starring King Kong and Gojira – will come brawling into select theaters and HBO Max March 31st!
