The Second Annual GoreZone Magazine Film Festival kick off again this year in the UK on Halloween (October 31st), and to get the party started for this all-out horror festival, they’ve announced their nominations for the Festival’s Goremate award, given to a sexy broad in the horror film community for their work in horror and… for being hot!
The nominations are a little all over the place, but none-the-less awesome. Here are the nominations for 2009’s Goremate:
Lindsay Lohan – I Know Who Killed Me
Amanda Seyfried – Solstice
Bobbie Sue Luther (below) – Laid to Rest
Olga Kurylenko (above) – Max Payne
Bijou Phillips – Wizards Of Gore
Eliza Dushku – The Alphabet Killer
Not a bad list of nominations, but again… why? Because they’re hot and they’re in horror? Yeah, I think that’s the only qualifications they needed for a nomination. Not that that’s a bad thing, I’m just saying…
