Being a huge movie fan, it’s easy to forget that movies are a business and not just put out there for forms of entertainment. It’s an industry just like anything else, and they need lots of moola to be made.

Case in point when business goes bad, is reporting that the Korean zombie flick G.P. 506, which is about 70% completed, is now due to financial issues. The original production house Motis had to back out due to loosing cash in a few lawsuits (initially, they threw down $1M for the flick), and now Lott Entertainment (the film’s distributor) wants out of the deal. Motis is now looking for another production company to finance the flick.

Bummer. For all those involved, what a flippin’ bummer. G.P. 506 And by deaths, they mean zombies. Hopefully the flick will be able to finish production soon, but situations like this can be tricky, and worse case scenerio would be the film would never be finished. And THAT would be a shame.

Stick around for more on the status of G.P 506 as we hear it!
