A long friggin’ time ago, I first gave you guys a heads-up on one kick-ass sounding, grindhouse-style slashfest called MADNESS. The fact that it contained cheerleaders being stalked basically sold me instantly. Who knew that the flick on the whole would wind up being just as enticing!
The best news of all is that MADNESS is all set to premier at Cannes and has busted out two brand new posters in honor of the event! I have to say that both one-sheets (up top & below) are f*cking fantastic, focusing separately on both the “Good Guys” and the “Bad Guys” of the flick! The colors, the characters, everything just rocks. Now check out the plot:
Friends Jenna and Tara are on their way to a cheerleading contest. At a gas station, they decide to help two guys, Oliver and Chad, who are having a problem with their car. What they don’t know is that they are being watched by a group of mad men whose only intention is to hunt them down and kill them for pleasure. After being captured and locked up, survival is the only thing that matters, but just how far are the cheerleaders willing to go?

The flick was written, produced, and directed by Sonny Laguna, Davide Liljeblad, and Tommy Wiklund. It stars Yohanna Idha, and Victoria Bloom as our cheerleaders, and Andreas Vaehi and Max Wallmo.
