I haven’t had the opportunity yet to see Ryan
Nicholson’s
HOSTEL-esque slasher
LIVE FEED, but from what I understand it
contains both gratuitous T&A, and f**ked up torture scenes. So I’m pretty pumped
that he’s decided to go at it once again with the flick GUTTERBALLS; a
film so ridiculously sounding it may actually be filmed on 16mm cheddar cheese.
Don’t get me wrong, I love cheese horror flicks
just as much as the next guy. (I mean who would complain about a reason to drink
a half case of beer with some buddies!) That being said, I was stoked to see
that some stills from behind the scenes of GUTTERBALLS were now online.
You can see the pics both above and below of the
film which is about a brutally sadistic rape that leads to
a series of bizarre gory murders during a midnight disco bowl-a-rama, which is
being held at a popular bowling alley. One by one, players of two teams meet
blood-drenched gruesome deaths at the hand of a black bowling-gloved masked
killer. This alley will run red with blood by sunrise and the shocking twist
that reveals the killer will shock even the most jaded viewer!
Based on the stills, it seems that even if the
twist doesn’t shock you, the fashion of the 80’s bowlers will! I loved the
throw-back poster that Nicholson developed, and
so far everything about this film screams hilarity. So peep the pics below and
spit some bullets if you too are diggin’ GUTTERBALLS!
