We all know Guy Pearce is flexing his comedy muscles as much as he is the old trigger finger in LOCKOUT, the hyper French action flick co-written and produced by Luc Besson. What we didn’t know? Dude has the ability to clean break a mofo off in midair. Not impressed? Dude’s still quipping barbs while hovering over a giant fan-blade. Hardcore!

In case you missed the setup: LOCKOUT follows a falsely convicted ex-government agent (Pearce), whose one chance at obtaining freedom lies in the dangerous mission of rescuing the President’s daughter (Grace) from rioting convicts at an outer space maximum security prison.

James Mather and Stephen St. Leger direct additional cast members including Maggie Grace (below), Peter Stormare, Joseph Gilgun, Lenny James, Jackie Ido and Vincent Regan.

THE LOCKOUT goes down April 13th.
