Today The Hollywood Reporter shares with us all that PRETTY PERSUASION writer Skander Halim will make his directing debut with THE PERFECT GHOST, a script he is also writing. Hopefully he has a more extensive idea of how to develop it than the description we’ve been given so far, which in its entirety is: A project which follows a young girl who is terrorized by ghosts.
Either the guy’s got dirt on the money holders at Tapestry Films, or the actual pitch had a bit more too it than that. I have to say it sounds potentially promising, since one of my all time favorite horror flicks, THE ENTITY, was essentially a project which follows a woman who is terrorized by ghosts.
So good luck to Halim. And dude, if you can find a role in the script for Barbara Hershey, go for it!
