Throughout her career, JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3 – PARABELLUM actress Halle Berry has proven herself to be a chameleon of the silver screen. From playing a Bond girl to winning an Academy Award for her powerhouse performance in director Marc Foster's MONSTERS BALL, and suiting up as DC's lamest Catwoman, Berry is as unpredictable as the intensity of a hot wing smothered in Da Bomb Beyond Insanity hot sauce.

Her latest big screen role as Sofia in director Chad Stahelski's JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3 – PARABELLUM sees Berry reclaiming her crown as a badass of the big screen, but can she handle the Hot Ones' "Wings of Death?"

For the latest installment of the mega-popular YouTube interview show hosted by Sean Evans, Berry opens up about the intense combat training she'd experienced while filming the Keanu Reeves-starrer, as well as how she applied her dog training on set to her own doggos at home.

When asked if she could reveal any trade secrets about the Hollywood fight scene, Berry told Evans:

"We really do it. That's the thing that I think is great about John Wick world," said Berry while munching on a wing doused in Hot Ones' tamest hot sauce. "There's constant contact, but you do it in a very controlled way. But the contact is really real. If you're hitting someone, you're really hitting someone. If you throw someone, you're really throwing someone. It's as real as you can get without hurting each other."

As a follow-up, Evans asked Berry how the action of JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3 – PARABELLUM compares to other films she's done. Berry then responded by saying:

"Honestly, the other ones felt like baby games compared to this one," Berry said through a wide smile. "I've never worked harder, and for this one I broke three ribs in my training process. It was on another level of hard, and challenging and taxing. I learned so many new things. Martial arts, weaponry, dog training. It was amazing."

As the interview went on, Berry was asked if she'd taken any of the dog training she'd learned on set back to her own pooches at home. Berry then told the Spicelord wrangler, "I did actually. I learned through this experience that any dog can be trained. I mean, if you have a little chihuahua they're not going to hurt anybody but they can be taught to attack," said Berry. "I've just recently taught my dogs to sit by the front door, and if I say 'take it,' they will take whoever's coming through the door. They'll attack them."

From that point on, the interview started getting a bit more heated as the Scoville level of each wing increased. That being said, Berry handles each and every wing like a champ, securing her a place among the Hot Ones elite.
