There have been plenty of casting rumors on the JURASSIC WORLD front, with name like Idris Elba, Josh Brolin and KINGS OF SUMMER star Nick Robinson rumored to be starring in the much-anticipated sequel. Bryce Dallas Howard and Ty Simpkins are locked in, but it remains to be seen if any of these other names will ultimately be attached to the Colin Trevorrow film. And how many more names will pop up?

Here’s an unlikely one: Jason Schwartzman (RUSHMORE, “Bored to Death”). Yes, Wes Anderson’s favorite muse has just been linked to the dino-thriller by the website Hypable. Said site reports that a “reliable source” gave them Schwartzman’s name, which prompted them to reach out to the actor’s publicists. Their stand? They couldn’t comment on the news. Not a no, but not a yes either.

What we do know for sure is that Universal is planning a June 12, 2015 release for JURASSIC WORLD.
