While he prepares to finally unleash his latest adventure in grime and grotesquery with 31 – premiering at Sundance later this month – Rob Zombie has multiple plates spinning in other arenas. He recently finished his latest album, The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser (doesn't that roll right off the tongue?), which he has called "seriously our most f*cked up musical monster piece to date." Zombie fanatics will have to wait a few months to feast their ears on that – it drops April 29th – but in the meanwhile the rocker is already looking to start shooting his next movie.

In a press release we just received, which is mostly about the album's impending release, Zombie spills the beans that his next "movie" will be a film version of The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser. But just what kind of movie remains to be seen.

From the release:

This time I'm not just putting out a new record like everyone else- I'm offering it directly from me to YOU along with a ton of other limited edition, exclusive badass shit like new album merch, posters and the chance for you to be in THE ELECTRIC WARLOCK ACID WITCH SATANIC ORGY CELEBRATION DISPENSER MOVIE!
Thats right THE MOVIE!
I'm in love this record so much I am making a f*cking movie to go with it… and I want just 200 of the weirdest, most hardcore Zombie fans to be part of it, that is if you've got what it takes.

Rob's site goes a bit further:

Z is shooting a new film and is inviting just 200 of the most hard core fans to get involved. You could be playing anything from a horrible monster to a sick robot or maybe just playing your crazy self…
The movie shoots in LA, in Feb. Grab a spot, sign up and we’ll contact you directly to get your headshot and some other crucial info to get you cast in this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Is it a narrative movie, or a concert movie? One would assume the latter, but since the site is calling it "a new film," we'll play along for now. Stay tuned as we learn more.
