We recently learned that up and coming genre director Ti West was stepping away from THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT sequel THE HAUNTING IN GEORGIA. So that left the director’s chair wide open. Who stepped up to the plate?

HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT editor Tom Elkins that’s who! According to the Heat Vision blog Mr. Elkins has stepped in to direct THE HAUNTING IN GEORGIA, with plans being to begin filming this August. Casting is currently underway. Penned by David Coggeshall, THE HAUNTING IN GEORGIA is based on a true story about a young family imperiled by mysterious entities inhabiting their property in the rural South.
