Hellraiser: Inferno (2000) Revisited – Horror Movie Review

A new episode of the Best Horror Movie You Never Saw video series has just been released through the JoBlo Horror Originals YouTube channel, and in this one we’re looking back at the first entry in the Hellraiser franchise to go direct-to-video, 2000’s Hellraiser: Inferno (watch it HERE). Directed by Scott Derrickson from a screenplay he wrote with Paul Harris Boardman, Hellraiser: Inferno has the following synopsis:

Joseph Thorne is a corrupt detective who is obsessed with puzzles and riddles. During an investigation, he comes across a familiar puzzle box. After solving it, he starts experiencing weird things while searching for a serial killer called “The Engineer”.

The film stars Craig Sheffer, Nicholas Turturro, James Remar, Nicholas Sadler, Noelle Evans, Lindsay Taylor, Matt George, Michael Shamus Wiles, Sasha Barrese, Kathryn Joosten, Jessica Elliot, Carmen Argenziano, and J.B. Gaynor, with Doug Bradley as Pinhead.
