The buzz has not been good on HELLRAISER: REVELATIONS. We know that it was rushed through production; that the script was so sub-par that Doug Bradley refused to be a part of it; that Dimension gave it a one-time screening in March and the reviews were not kind… That’s not stopping me from being kind of curious about it, however. Call it the “train wreck” syndrome.
Dimension Extreme has given HELLRAISER: REVELATIONS a plum Halloween-time release date of OCTOBER 18th. That gives them some time to rework it if they feel it’s necessary; chances are they’ll be content to expect a hefty amount of loot when it’s released at the height of the horror movie frenzy.
No supplements have been announced just yet. But if you’re feeling lucky, you can pre-order the film right HERE.
Directed by Victor Garcia, the film stars Devon Sorvari, Steven Brand, Sanny Van Heteren (pictured below), Tracey Fairaway, Daniel Buran and Stephan Smith Collins.
