Here are five new stills from The Amazing Spider-Man 2

What is this Spider-Man week? Over the weekend we had a low-res photo of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 banner that showed off all the villains, then there were some very short teasers for the upcoming trailer, a close-up of what looked to be Green Goblin, and today we had a better look at the villain banner. Don’t think it’s over either. We should get the trailer next week. Between now and the film’s release date of May 2, 2014, we will have plenty of looks at the sequel.

USA Today offered up five new stills from the movie. It’s crazy how crisp and colorful they are. The first photo shows Spider in Electro’s lair. Director Marc Webb promises that Electro will have a good amount of theatricality along with bringing a huge batch of obstacles and drama to the webslinger’s life. The human villains aren’t the only baddies around though. Oscorp still serves as the evil empire looming over everyone.
