Here’s a 360 degree virtual reality look at both Warcraft and Crimson Peak

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

While Comic Con may be over, the treats those in attendance got the chance to experience are slowly coming our way. The trailer for WARCRAFT may not be debuting until later this year but the VR experience our own Paul Shirey wrote about in his coverage of the Legendary SDCC Panel is now available for your enjoyment at home along with a featurette for Guillermo Del Toro's CRIMSON PEAK.

The two virtual reality features make use of Legendary's recently launched VR app but have now been released for use on Chrome browsers. If you use Google Chrome you can enjoy these in 3D, but general viewers can experience both films via YouTube 360. Check out the embeds below along with a brief description of each.

WARCRAFT: SKIES OF AZEROTH

Prepare to soar through the epic world of Azeroth in this official 360 video inspired by the Warcraft movie and developed by Industrial Light & Magic xLAB. Look all around as you fly over the city of Stormwind on the back of the mythic gryphon.

From Legendary Pictures, Universal Pictures and Blizzard Entertainment, Warcraft hits theaters June 2016.

BEWARE CRIMSON PEAK

Dare you enter a house alive with secrets that will haunt you forever? Inspired by Guillermo del Toro's new film Crimson Peak, this chilling 360 video experience will take you inside Allerdale Hall, a gothic mansion where nothing is as it seems. Brought to you by Legendary VR and developed by Legend3D and Mr. X.

From Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures, Crimson Peak hits theaters October 2015.
