This may just be the quickest turnover between someone being cast in a role and a studio-sanctioned mini-interview discussing said role but Emile Hirsch, two days after being cast as Speed Racer in the Wachowski’s upcoming all green screen adaptation of the popular cartoon, has shed some light on what we can expect from the film by using a rather interesting phrase – he describes the film as BLADE RUNNER meets Andy Warhol.
