ComingSoon got the heads up today that the eagerly anticipated sequel to Uwe Boll’s HOUSE OF THE DEAD (that being
HOUSE OF THE DEAD 2: DEAD AIM) is headed straight to cable next month!

The film’s not even getting the glory of hitting up straight-to-DVD, but straight to the Sci-Fi Network! I mean, considering the hit the original was, I’m surprised it’s not opening on 4,000 screens on Fourth of July weekend.

But seriously, what were they thinking? A shit sequel to a shit original? Did the first one even make any money in order to merit a sequel? It certainly wasn’t a good movie…

Be sure to TiVo DEAD AIM next month on Sci-Fi Network, and catch Sid Haig rippin’ some fools apart on the island of the dead.
