Intriguing project in the works here: Via Variety we learn of a flick in development called MINE GAMES. It comes from Aussie helmer Richard Gray (SUMMER CODA) and it sounds like a reverse murder mystery set in a cave. Hey, at least that’s something you don’t read every day.

Story revolves around a group of young friends who make a shocking discovery in an abandoned mine while on vacation.

With time looping back on itself, the group soon becomes aware that one of them will be responsible for the death of the rest of them.

Kind of fun and ingenuitive, in the “Twilight Zone” mold, wouldn’t you say? (And here I initially assumed it was going to be set in a mine field.) Mark Holder, Christine Holder will produce through Zero Gravity along with Mike Gillespie through Yellow Brick Productions. No cast has been announced yet.
