The X-Files reboot won't hit until after the New Year, but that hasn't stopped Fox from pumping up the promo machine. In addition to the two new promos reported earlier this week, they've dumped a whole heap of new images from the season premiere for your perusal. Grab your magnifying glass and see what clues you can find in the images, which feature appearances from new cast members Joel McHale and Annet Mahendru. Check them out below!
The series premiere, "My Struggle", centers on Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) investigating Annet Mahendru's character, who is believed to be a "possible alien abductee," according to Joel McHale's character, a conservative talk show host who gives Mulder and Scully the tip to investigate her.
The revival's premiere will air on Fox on Sunday, January 24, 2016. The rest of the episodes will be shown over the following five Mondays.
Duchovny and Anderson are joined in the cast by William B. Davis, Mitch Pileggi, Bruce Harwood, Tom Braidwood, Dean Haglund, Robbie Amell, Lauren Ambrose, Rhys Darby, and Kumail Nanjiani.
