First poster and casting news from Ben Ketai’s Beneath

Back in March we shared the news that 30 DAYS OF NIGHT: DARK DAYS helmer Ben Ketai had been tapped to to direct Revolver Pictures upcoming claustrophobic horror-thriller BENEATH from a screenplay by Patrick J. Doody and Chris Valenziano. Today we have news that principal photography has begun on the underground thriller and we have a look at some early artwork as well as word on who will be appearing in the flick.

a team of coal miners and a headstrong female lawyer who are trapped underground when the mine collapses. Turns out they are not the only ones who want to get to the surface.

Below you can check out the first teaser poster for BENEATH, coming at us from Revolver Picture Company, which was developed by former Dimension Films and Screen Gems executive Nick Phillips and veteran casting director Kelly Wagner with the intent to create elevated low budget genre films. BENEATH is the company’s first feature.
