Hannibal creator Bryan Fuller teases potential Silence of the Lambs season!

Nerdist House is, according to them, an "ongoing series of one-of-a-kind panels, movie screenings, and unique digital events to bring the comic convention experience to your living room". Last week, Nerdist House hosted an online reunion of the series HANNIBAL, which included series creator Bryan Fuller, as well as practically the whole cast, including Mads Mikkelsen and Hugh Dancy. Join Nerdist's Rosie Knight for the much-awaited reunion of the cast and crew of Hannibal, featuring series creator Bryan Fuller, Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal Lecter), Hugh Dancy (Will Graham), Gillian Anderson (Bedelia Du Maurier), Caroline Dhavernas (Alana Bloom), Katie Isabelle (Margot Verger), Raúl Esparza (Frederick Chilton), Hettiene Park (Beverly Katz), Kacey Rohl (Abigail Hobbs), Scott Thompson (Jimmy Price), Aaron Abrams (Brian Zeller), executive producer Martha De Laurentiis, co-producer Loretta Ramos, director/executive producer David Slade, and food consultant Janice Poon. Chat with fellow fans and with the Hannibal cast and crew, and help raise funds for The Okra Project.

Meanwhile, during the discussion, Fuller said that a fourth season was not only a possibility, but that it would most likely focus on the most famous Hannibal story, SILENCE OF THE LAMBS. Here's what he had to say:

It will be interesting to see what happens with the show moving forward or whether there is ever to be a Silence of the Lambs miniseries with this cast. The great thing about the idea — with members of the cast in terms of where we’re going – is that if we are going to take five years, six years, seven years or what have you and everyone’s still interested in coming back then that’s just how long they’ve been on the lam, as it were. Then the story picks up from that point and we’ll adapt.

Obviously no official plans are in place at this time, but one can hope, right?

Meanwhile, CBS is producing CLARICE – a sequel series to SILENCE OF THE LAMBS, set in 1993, and starring Rebecca Breeds as the eponymous FBI agent Clarice Starling originally played by Jodie Foster in the classic film. Which…might put a damper on Fuller's plans…But maybe not? Weirder things have happened.
