IFC Midnight picks up Jabbar Raisani’s alien invasion thriller Outpost 37

IFC Midnight has picked up the found footage alien invasion flick OUTPOST 37, which screened for buyers last month at the Cannes Film Festival. No word on when the distributor plans on releasing the film.

Directed by Jabbar Raisani, a visual effects supervisor on “Game of Thrones”, OUTPOST 37 follows:

a documentary crew tracking a group of elite soldiers after an alien invasion who reach the world’s most dangerous outpost only to discover that the first wave was just the beginning.

OUTPOST 37 stars Adrian Paul, Reiley McClendon, Douglas Tait, Brandon Auret, Rick Ravanello and Matthew Holmes.
