Jim Jarmusch’s Only Lovers Left Alive gets a new teaser

Tilda Swinton and Tom Hiddleston both star in Jim Jarmusch’s upcoming vampire tale as a couple of undead British rockers in ONLY LOVERS LEFT ALIVE, and today we’ve got an all new teaser that gives us a short glimpse into their lives. The upcoming vampire flick recently landed on our “Most Anticipated” list of 2014 horror releases, and a lot of that had to do with the amazing cast that sees John Hurt, Mia Wasikowska, Anton Yelchin and Jeffrey Wright star alongside both Swinton and Hiddleston. Not bad, not bad at all!

The vampire genre has been seeing some solid horror entries over the last few years with films like LET THE RIGHT ONE IN, THIRST and BYZANTIUM, so hopefully ONLY LOVERS LEFT ALIVE can continue the trend.

Set against the romantic desolation of Detroit and Tangier, an underground musician, deeply depressed by the direction of human activities, reunites with his resilient and enigmatic lover. Their love story has already endured several centuries at least, but their debauched idyll is soon disrupted by her wild and uncontrollable younger sister. Can these wise but fragile outsiders continue to survive as the modern world collapses around them?
