Nacho Vigalondo’s Open Windows gets a trailer

Nacho Vigalondo, the man behind the brilliant time-traveling thriller TIMECRIMES, makes his English-language debut with OPEN WINDOWS, and we now have an intriguing little trailer for the flick to show you folks. OPEN WINDOWS has managed to stay pretty damn quiet over the months with the last thing we saw being the film's poster back in February. It was so long ago that I actually forgot this flick even existed until this wicked little trailer showed up! Now that we have finally gotten our hands on a trailer we now know just what to expect from Vigalondo's latest high-tech suspense thriller—it looks pretty cool!

I really dug the trailer and I'm a huge fan of Elijah Wood who's been turning in a lot of solid performances lately. Pairing Elijah Wood with Nacho Vigalondo's directing I'd say that we are in for a real treat. Oh yeah, there's also Sasha Grey too. Dig it!

Jill, the most exciting actress of the moment, refuses to have dinner with Nick, a fan who won a date with her in an Internet contest organized by the distributor of her latest film. In return, a guy named Chord, posing as Jill’s campaign manager, helps Nick follow in the footsteps of the actress from his own computer. Nick starts a game in which he realizes that he is only a puppet in the manic plans devised by Chord to hunt down the star.

OPEN WINDOWS has yet to be given a U.S. release but we'll be sure to clue you in once we get the word!
