Rob Zombie’s 3 from Hell adds Billy Blair and a mystery clown

Another day, another report on writer/director Rob Zombie's upcoming film 3 FROM HELL, a sequel to HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES and THE DEVIL'S REJECTS. On Monday we shared the news that Zombie regular Daniel Roebuck will be reprising his THE DEVIL'S REJECTS role in the new film, joining previously announced cast members Bill Moseley, Sid Haig, and Sheri Moon Zombie (who are, of course, reprising their CORPSES and REJECTS roles), ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13's Austin Stoker, genre icon Dee Wallace, and Zombie regular Jeff Daniel Phillips. On Tuesday came the news that Sons of Anarchy's Emilio Rivera is also in the mix.

Now it has been revealed that actor Billy Blair, who you might have seen in MACHETE, THE LAST STAND, or DEAD AWAKE, is also in the 3 FROM HELL cast. Based out of Dallas, Texas, where he heads up a rock band called Junk, Blair is now on the set of Zombie's film in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Zombie has shared another picture from the set on his social media accounts… and this one has a bit of mystery to it. The image shows artwork of a clown called Mr. Baggy Britches, and Zombie captioned it, "Who the f*ck is this dude?"

We can't be sure, but the dude looks a lot like Clint Howard, who would definitely be a great addition to the cast. Zombie and Howard have worked together before, on THE LORDS OF SALEM and the HALLOWEEN remake.

As 3 FROM HELL continues making its way through production, we'll continue bringing you every bit of news we hear.
